When an owner registers a cask stored with you, you simply confirm it’s in your care. It takes seconds, costs nothing, and the public record then names your facility as the bonded warehouse behind it. That confirmation is also what makes the cask eligible for paid photography.

Step Two · How You EarnPaid Cask Photography

A photograph only you can take

A cask end photograph is what fingerprints a cask onto the register permanently — its markings and characteristics captured so it can never be quietly duplicated. Only the warehouse holding the cask can take it, so CaskID pays you to: an agreed rate for the first cask end photograph of each cask you store, once every 12 months.

  • We agree a rate with you

    A flat rate per cask, agreed once. No rate card to maintain, no quoting, no invoicing — and nothing for the owner to approve before you can start.

  • You do the capture

    Guided photo capture on your normal rounds — the AI extracts the cask’s dimensions and identifying characteristics onto the register.

  • CaskID pays you

    The first cask end photograph of each cask you store earns your rate, once every 12 months. Settled by bank transfer each month. Owners pay nothing extra — photography is covered by their subscription.
